TRADING TERMS
PAYMENTS
All products are to be payed for in full before products a shipped.Products that are payed for via cheque or direct deposit will only be dispatched after funds are cleared in our account.Money orders or credit card payment will be shipped as soon as possible.
FREIGHT
All products will be shipped within 7 working days unless otherwise stated.Shippment times under normal conditions is between 2-7 working days.If a product is damaged in freight then it is up to the receiver to take the matter up with the freight company.We take allot of care in wrapping the bonnets correctly to make sure you receive it in good condition,but we are not responsible for the freight once it leaves our factory,by law once the freight company has the bonnet in their pocession they have full responsiblity. Please note that the products are packaged very well and damage is very rare(around 0.4% to date).Shipping insurance is now available.Please ask for quote.
WARRANTY
All products are covered by a 12 month warranty against ripling,cracking or any form of distorsion.The warranty will guarantee the product only and will not cover the cost of painting,fiting or any other cost incured in the process of exchange.The warranty will cover the replacement cost or the repair,which ever is less and includes delivery to the original destination if bonnet requires replacement.
LEGALITIES
Savage fibreglass Products takes no responsibility in ensuring the products are legal.It is up to the purchaser to check with the relavant orthorities.Savage Fibreglass products takes no responsibility for any damage caused by our products.
