TRADING TERMS
PAYMENTS
All products are to be payed for in full before products a shipped.Products that are payed for via cheque or direct deposit will only be dispatched after funds are cleared in our account.Money orders or credit card payment will be shipped as soon as possible.
FREIGHT
All products will be shipped within 7 working days unless otherwise stated.Shippment times under normal conditions is between 2-7 working days.If a product is damaged in freight all costs and responsibilities of the products safe return is by the owner.A full refund for the product cost less freight cost is available when product is returned in a no worse condition than was delivered.Please note that the products are packaged very well and damage is very rare(around 0.4% to date).
WARRANTY
All products are covered by a 12 month warranty against ripling or any form of distorsion.The warranty will guarantee the product only and will not cover the cost of painting,fiting or any other cost incured in the process of exchange.The warranty will only provide a new replacement product including delivery to the original destination.
LEGALITIES
Savage fibreglass Products takes no responsibility in ensuring the products are legal.It is up to the purchaser to check with the relavant orthorities.Savage Fibreglass products takes no responsibility for any damage caused by our products.
